Badgr will be GDPR compliant in January 2019.

With the upcoming changes introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union (EU), and bolstered by similar regulations in Canada and Australia, we are making the following updates:

Our Privacy Policy & Terms of Service will be updated to ensure they are clear about what personal data Badgr collects and how it’s protected. Additionally, we'll self-certify as compliant with the Privacy Shield Framework.

Data residency offerings will be introduced to allow data to be stored and processed in the EU and Australia. Currently, if you are in Canada, this service is available at (free) and via Badgr for Canvas Pro (pricing).
